The Ask and Receive Technique

The Ask and Receive technique is yet another wonderfully simple, easy-to-use technique.  Anyone can do it right off the bat. It is helpful to know muscle testing, but that is not required in order to do it.

In short, the basic technique has you choose an issue and then speak aloud five statements while plugging in the issue.  If all goes well, there are no blocks in the way and the body will do as it is asked.  You continue hitting the issue from different angles and chip away at the problem until it is resolved.  If something doesn't resolve then there may be blocks and that is when things get more advanced.  More information below.

The 5 steps of the Ask & Receive technique :

In the following steps you plug in an issue into the first statement.  For example you could say "There's a part of my Being that already knows why I feel this anger and how to heal it."  or "There's a part of my Being that already knows why I am experiencing this low back pain and how to heal it."

For a more in depth explanation of how to use the statements go to the Ask and Receive website.  (Commission link if you purchase anything.)

Five Steps

1. “There’s a part of my Being that already knows ________”.

2. “That part of my Being is willing to inform the rest of me now”.

3. “It is doing so now with grace and ease”.

4. “My mind, body and Spirit are receiving this information.

5. “Information transfer is now complete”.

Beyond the Basic Technique

When things are not clearing then there is more going on and blocks need to be considered.  To go more in depth I recommend purchasing the Ask and Receive manuals and guides.  I do receive a commission if you make a purchase.
