Validate Your Body’s Energy Through Simple Body Energy Experiments
Experiments can be quite fascinating. The body energy experiments given below will hopefully teach understanding about our bodies’ energies as well as be entertaining to try.
Detecting your Body’s Energy:
1) Briskly rub your hands together for about 10 seconds.
2) Place hands away from each other (about 18” apart) with palms towards each other.
3) Slowly bring your hands together. Shut your eyes to help concentrate.
4) As you bring your hands together, feel for subtle pressure or tingling sensations.
5) Experiment by moving your hands slowly away from each other and then back towards each other.
Our Electrical Body:
Children love this experiment! Using a touch lamp, have 3 or 4 people hold hands with a person on one end touching the lamp. Then have another person who is not linked on touch the last person in the chain. Doing so will turn the light on and off because of the electrical capability of our bodies in passing the current through.
Thought carries energy:
This is also a fun experiment. Two people are needed. The first person raises one arm straight out at a 90 degree angle. The other person will be the tester and will push down on the arm just up from the wrist. The first person should just try to keep the arm from dropping without putting a lot of muscle into it. When testing the muscle should just lock into place and be strong or it will not lock into place and becomes weak.
Now the fun part. While the first person says positive statements like “I am awesome. I am beautiful. I am loved. I am appreciated,” the tester will push down on the arm firmly, but not with a lot of muscle. The arm will test quite strong in holding up. Now the first person switches to negative statements like “Nobody likes me. I can’t do anything right. I am not worth being loved. I have no friends.” Again the tester pushes down on the arm and this time it shows up quite weak. Be sure to end with positive statements.
