Personal Vita-Flex Story
I did the
vita-flex technique using all four of my fingers with whatever hand I was using. I worked up the ascending colon area, across the transverse colon and intestinal areas, and then down the descending colon. I have depicted that flow in the graphic below.
The easiest way to do this for me was by sitting face to face with the person I was working on and starting with the person’s right foot I would hold the foot down between my knees. I would then
vita-flex following the flow shown in the graphic above.
Working in Di-gize or Peppermint over these areas likely increases the effectiveness by quite a bit as you would now be combining two modalities.
