Would the Real Core Issue Please Stand up?”

The following is a list of questions designed to help probe for the deepest underlying core emotional issue of a problem. The issue could be an event or a belief. These core issue questions are accumulated from many stories and techniques as well as some I have added. Also included near the end are references to excellent articles on the EFT Universe website which add insights as to how to delve into uncovering these core issues.

Gary Craig, creator of EFT, says that often the answer to a question is “"I don’'t know."” He says to be persistent and just have the person guess. Guesses are usually right on target.
