Framework of a Healing Session

How a healing session is done can be quite different from practitioner to practitioner.  It can also change and evolve for the same practitioner over the  years.  Ask anyone who has worked with me long term and they will tell you just how much change there has been over time in how I do a session.

This is often because of new techniques that have been learned and become incorporated into a session or because of finding ways to clear and release more "stuff" in a more efficient way. I am always looking for shortcuts.

Below is the current framework of how I do a session.  Updated 2/2018

Healing Session Framework

I.  Introduction (Information Gathering)

For one main symptom or problem:

I ask if there are any sub-symptoms that break the problem down and if so I muscle test for which symptom is priority and then go to work finding underlying causes.

For several pressing issues:

I start by asking a client for areas and symptoms they want to have worked on.  If there is not a main problem the client wants to start with I will then muscle test for the priority. After identifying which symptom or problem is the priority then I get to work finding underlying causes for the problem.

For more of a General Top Priority:

Sometimes it is best to let the body (inner spirit) decide what the top priority is.  When doing that I ask if the body wants to start with something on the List of Blocks (listed below), or something from the list of symptoms, or a specific organ, gland, system, or chakra.  I start with one priority until I find everything I can to release and clear and then repeat for the next priority and so forth.

Statement List of Possible Blocks to Healing

If testing weak to any of these statements, it may be blocking you from healing.

  1. I want to heal.  (Yes. There can be reasons as to why you may not want to heal or reasons that cause you to avoid healing.)
  2. I deserve to heal.
  3. I am worthy of being healed.
  4. It is safe for me to heal.
  5. It is possible for me to heal.
  6. I am ready to heal.
  7. I give myself permission to heal.

An additional statement that could be a problem if you test strong to it is:

   8. I am gaining something from this illness/problem.

II.  Working Part of a Session

Once the specific symptom to be worked on has been determined, I use muscle testing to identify whether to clear from an organ, gland, system, or chakra.  Then I identify from charts what needs to be cleared and released. These charts are mostly from the healing systems of the Healer's Blueprint and Investigating Health although I use the Body Code too more as a reference for looking things up.

My categories for clearing tend to be very broad so although a lot is being cleared you do not get much specific information. Remember, I am trying to clear as much as possible in as short amount of time as possible.  When needed I go more specific.

I also use a two-point technique that I learned a few months ago.  It is a way to connect a problem with the healing grace of God.  I have loved using it.  It clears a lot quickly when it is the right thing to do as identified through muscle testing.

      How is stuff released?

I used to use a magnet and pass it three times over the governing acupuncture meridian with the intent to release what has been identified as taught in the Emotion Code.  When I first started with the Emotion Code I could not feel anything at all.  I just hoped for the best.  Over the years I came to feel all of the releases of energy and my intent is strong enough now that stuff just releases.  I no longer use a magnet.

III. Concluding a Session

At the end of the session I like to make sure it is a good stopping point for the inner self.  I also like to make sure a client is clear of any dark energies, shielded, and grounded.  If there is anything that needs to be brought in I will do that as well.  This could be divine healing energy or earth's energy that needs to be brought in, nutritional resonances, or positive emotions.
