ZPoint Process is an amazing emotional healing technique. There are many, many ZPoint uses. You name an emotion that is affecting you negatively and ZPoint can work with it! Take a look at this list of ideas and see what it triggers within you that needs to be worked on.

Self-Worth

1) Fear of very specific things such as spiders, needles, dentists, dogs, snakes

2) Situational Fears

          • of public speaking

          • stage fright
          • of failure
          • of heights
          • of the dark
          • of flying
          • of being alone
          • of change
          • anxiety about the future

3) Relationship Fears

          • of marriage
          • of abandonment
          • of committing

Worries

      • about lack of money
      • about physical health
      • about physical safety
      • everyone is out to get me
      • waiting for the other shoe to fall

Physical Issues

For physical issues ask yourself these questions.

"What is the feeling behind the pain?"
"What is the pain trying to tell you?"
“If this pain were an incident, what would it be and what emotions do you have about the incident?”
“If this pain were a person, who would it be and what do you feel when you think of this person?”
“If this pain were a place, where would it be and what do you feel about this place?”

Go with what comes to mind. If nothing seems to be coming then what would you guess your pain would be telling you.
