Cleansing is one of those ongoing needs due to the constant exposure to toxins of which we are subjected to whether it be what we breathe, eat, or absorb. We can reduce our exposure, but we cannot avoid toxins entirely. It is important to work on ourselves from an emotional standpoint and from a physical standpoint so that we keep our immune system functioning optimally.
From what I have read and understood, a colon cleanse is the first thing to start with as it is where so much of the body's waste and toxins are eliminated. If the digestive system is not clean and functioning properly the intestines and colon are not able to absorb the needed nutrients nor eliminate the waste as it should. We don't want to clean other systems and then have the waste get clogged in the intestines unable to be removed from the body. That thinking makes sense to me.
A year ago, I decided to do a colon cleanse and after researching various products I decided on Dr. Natura's Colonix program. I followed the program for two months and was very pleased with the results as I had a lot of junk come out. My need for sleep dropped by about 45 minutes to an hour each night.
More recently, I decided to do a liver/gallbladder cleanse. This was a month ago. I followed something close to the Hulda Clark cleanse. I followed a 4-day apple-juice-only diet with a little fiber in the mornings and salt water flushes a couple of times in the evenings.
On the night of the third day I drank 1/2 cup cold-pressed olive oil followed by 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice after which I immediately went to bed laying on my right side with a pillow under my right hip. I was supposed to stay in that position for 4 to 5 hours, but didn't quite make it before I became stir crazy.
The next morning into early afternoon I was supposed to be able to find gallstones flushing through in my BMs. I gave up in the later afternoon thinking it hadn't worked and started eating again. Around 5:00 in the early evening I was actually delighted when gallstones did come through. It worked after all! I think I flushed around 10 stones which is a small amount compared to what others have done, but who's complaining.
I can say that I felt no pain when they came through and I did not feel sick at all while doing the cleanse although some have felt nauseated from what I have read.
Note: I have since come across information that says that these stones may not be true gallstones after all. I don't know for sure what came through, but something did. Do your research and decide for yourself if it is worth it.
Doing a cleanse is important to consider, but use wisdom and only do so under a doctor's supervision if you have any issues at all. A parasite cleanse and a kidney cleanse are recommended prior to the liver/gallbladder cleanse.
Physical/Emotional Connection for Gallbladder/Gallstones
See if anything in the following possibilities rings true if you are dealing with Gallbladder Issues or Gallstones.
Gallbladder: Feelings of bitterness or anger, wanting to force things, fear of being out of control
Gallstones: Bitter feelings, condemning, unyielding, unforgiving, apt to be prideful and judgmental, "stony thinking"
Note: Summarized from the four books mentioned on this page - Emotional Healing Leads to Physical Healing
ZPoint: Clearing Childhood Trauma
Grant Connolly, ZPoint Process creator, has generously made available the following free teleseminar.
Here where I live in Utah spring has been slow in coming. It has teased us a few times then turns cold and snowy again. All the same as it starts to get a little warmer the easier it gets to want to take walks and exercise outside.
Walking in the cool morning air is a favorite for me. I have found that there are two techniques that can easily be done while walking. The ZPoint technique and a newer one that I am considering putting on the site called Ask And Receive. These two techniques are done by speaking and do not involve using the hands nor do they require anything to be held once you have memorized the statements. The statements for each are easy to memorize. Just go through each process a handful of times and you will pretty much have them down.
Emotion Code trainings are being held:
