Emotion Code and Body Code Sessions

As a certified practitioner of the Emotion Code and the Body Code and trained in other modalities, I know the power of energy healing.  I encourage you to consider scheduling a session where emotional garbage can be released and other contributing imbalances can be corrected through these modalities.

You can also work in clearing stuck energies on your own.  More information below.

Clearing Emotional Issues Which Drive Addictions Through "The Emotion Code"

At the root of addictions are unmet emotional needs that a person probably is not consciously aware of. These needs are caused by trapped emotions (TEs) from the past. These buried emotions can cause much havoc in one's life if not taken care of.

Through a technique called "The Emotion Code" these troublesome unresolved emotions can be released.

These are the types of questions to ask for pinpointing the specific buried emotions that are driving the addiction/s.

  • "Do I/you have a trapped emotion that is causing this craving for __________ ?"
  • "Do I/you have a trapped emotion that is preventing me/you from wanting to give up this __________ addiction?"
  • "Is there a trapped emotion that is contributing in any way to this __________ addiction?"

It is important to follow through with clearing what comes up for each question and then keep asking, "Is there another trapped emotion causing this __________ addiction?"  Try going deeper by asking if there are "hidden" TEs to clear.

Tapping Resources for Addiction

One tapping resource that many have found to be quite helpful is the FasterEFT technique.  Click Here for Help with Addictions (Affiliate Link)

The following resource is the classic tapping technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) . This technique has been referred to by Gary Craig, founder of EFT, as a "psychological version of acupuncture."

As an example you can watch the following Video of EFT in Action - A 2-minute video showing Gary Craig working with a man for his cigarette addiction. You need high-speed internet to view this.
