Lesser-Known Ideas for Giving Your Immune System a Boost

It is common knowledge that our immune system protects us from disease caused by pathogens and toxins. It is also well-known that vitamins, good sleep, and exercise help to keep our immune system up. What may not be as well-known are the following ideas to boost your immune system.

Lesser-Known Immune System Boosters

  • Minerals - Take a full range of minerals. Increasing vitamin intake is common knowledge, but making sure you get a full range of minerals is not as common. Usually, only about 16 or so minerals are said to be needed in the body. According to one knowledgeable doctor it is more like 60 minerals. Learn more

  • Open Your Cells - To what? To absorb the nutrition you are taking into your body. You cannot utilize the nutrition if your cells won't absorb it.   • Pray - Be very specific in your prayer asking that your immune system be strengthened. Ask that the armor of God be put on you and that it include protection from toxins and pathogens. I was told once in a blessing not to underestimate the power of prayer and I tell you that now. Never underestimate the power of prayer.
  • Patches - Wear patches that stimulate your body in ways that raise your immune system. The glutathione patch stimulates your body to... you guessed it, produce glutathione. Glutathione is crucial for immune system support. Learn more
  • Words - Words have a vibration. That vibration will affect you. Write "My immune system is amazingly strong!" or "I am healthy" on a paper and place it on your body. Could be in your pocket. Or write it on a sticker and stick it over your heart. You could put it on your forehead, but that might be a little embarrassing. 

  • Cotton Balls with EO - Put a few drops of an essential oil on cotton balls and place them under the bottoms of your feet. Hold them in place with your socks or with a bandaging tape. The oil will be absorbed into your body over time. You decide which oils will boost your immune system and/or provide defense against pathogens. I recommend oregano or marjoram.
  • Service - Do random acts of kindness and give service daily. Giving increases the production of the neurochemicals dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin. These neurochemicals not only cause a boost in mood, but in the body and therefore the immune system as well.
  • Clear the Crap - What kind of crap? The emotional garbage and baggage that is weighing your immune system down. Choose a way to do it yourself or schedule a session with me. When I do the clearing I can specifically clear for those emotional stuck issues that are pulling the immune system down. Most things will affect the immune system I would just be able to go after the ones that are priority. I also muscle test before and after on the percentage of what your body is absorbing and utilizing the nutrients at.

The Time is Now to Boost Your Immune System

These are simple ideas and some are cost-free. Use these ideas and the other more commonly known ideas to raise your immune system's defenses. We live in a time of increased amount of toxins and of pathogens being passed more easily from country to country. The time to raise your immune system is now.
