Emotion Code Questions to Help You Understand Your Trapped Emotions

The following is a printable outline of possible “Emotion Code” questions meant to help you discover what may have been behind a particular trapped emotion. It is recommended that you find out at least an age and whose emotion it is before clearing an emotion. Oftentimes, the extra insights are quite valuable in understanding one’'s self. You need to have experience in muscle testing in order to use this page.



Emotion Code Questions


Whose emotion was this?

Was this my/your (name the emotion)?

  • Was it to do with a specific person? - Male? Female? Friend? Parent? Sibling? Co-worker? In-law? Relative?
  • Was it about a situation? - To do with school? Home? Work?

Is this an acquired (name the emotion)? - From a Spouse? Friend? Co-worker? Family member?

When was this emotion trapped in my/your body?

Split the person’'s age in half and ask, “"Was this emotion trapped in the first ________ years of my/your life?"”

Continue narrowing down until you reach the approximate age. In his book Dr. Nelson says that age is not always accurate and his experience is that it can sway a year either direction. To be more accurate use events to go off of. For instance –ask, "“Did this happen before graduation?”"

Where is it lodged?

Is this trapped emotion stuck in the right side of the body? Left side? Midline?
Is this emotion trapped above the waistline? Below?
Is this emotion trapped in an organ of the body? In a limb? In a joint? In the tissues?

Ready to go deeper?

Like a surgeon, you can get more precise with finding the roots of specific emotional and physical issues.  Often this will require us to use Creative Questioning to find these root issues.
