Embrace Your Personal Power with
The One Command

The book and technique by Asara Lovejoy titled The One Command is worthy of great consideration and effort to try out.  This is another simple technique to learn with a huge amount of potential for calling upon your own power to draw health, wealth and happiness into your life.  Asara says we all have the power within us to achieve a better life and she certainly teaches us how with this book.

How Does The One Command Work?

First, you determine what it is in life that you would like and don't currently have.  You then place that in the statement of "I don't know how (fill in the blank with what you desire), I only know that I do so now and I am fulfilled.

Next, you follow the six steps outlined below.  This technique stops your old and negative way of thinking and takes you into your peaceful theta brain state where you can command your Source Mind to draw what you want into your life allowing you to naturally manifest more health, wealth and happiness into your life. 

Should you find that you have limiting beliefs preventing you from receiving your initial desire, you then take those beliefs and turn them into a positive command statement and again go through the six steps.

Six Steps to Attract Health/Wealth/Whatever You Desire with the Power of Your Mind

  1. Ground - become grounded to the energy of the earth.
  2. Align - bring your command into alignment with your heart.
  3. Go to Theta - do a visualization that brings you into a Theta brainwave state.
  4. Command - state the command which directs the mind to re-program itself.
  5. Expand - allow the inner self/Higher Source to expand upon your desire and make it bigger than what you can even imagine.
  6. Receive in Gratitude - experience a sense of gratitude and fulfillment.
