I have been working with The Emotion Code for a while now and I am experiencing excellent results. I share a few of these personal "Emotion Code" experiences with you.

As far as what I have experienced I will say that there are times when
there is an immediate noticeable affect, times when it takes hours to
notice something, times when it takes weeks or even into months before a
real difference is noticed and there are times when I scratch my head
and say, "Why did that not seem to make any difference whatsoever?"

Apparently, there are times when something besides emotions is factoring in and/or you need to go deeper into limiting beliefs. That is where The Body Code comes to the rescue.
For many months, if not into years, I had soreness along the outside
edge of my left foot. It didn't affect my walking unless I turned a
specific way. The soreness would come and go to some degree, but I
could always twist my foot a certain way and find it even when it didn't
bother me much.
The times I would notice pain the most would be after I had been sitting
a while and then would get up to walk. The first 3 or 4 steps would be
painful and then it would stretch out or something and then I would be
fine.
In first learning The Emotion Code and being excited to try it for
pain, I chose my foot to experiment with. Unfortunately, I did not
write down the trapped emotions that came up, but I remember that I went
through probably 5 or 6.
Over the next couple of days I became quite disappointed as I did not
really notice any remarkable difference in my foot and I quit paying
attention to it.
It was not until about 6 weeks later that something reminded me of my
foot and with astonishment I realized that I had not had any soreness in
my foot for quite a long time. I tried to twist my foot and find it,
but it was not there.
Apparently, the soreness did leave yet was so gradual that I did not
realize it. I was thrilled to realize that the technique worked for my
foot after all.

Over many months I had been trying to talk myself into exercising in the
mornings. Sometimes I talked myself into sleeping in. More frequently
I would get up early and even put my sweats on and then talk myself out
of exercising.
Occasionally, I would even go so far as to stretch and do about 5
minutes of working out, but then I would quit. I was really dragging my
feet over exercising - in fact, I just plain did not want to!
As I came to learn the potential for using The Emotion Code, I decided
to try it out for this problem. I used the question, Do I have a
trapped emotion preventing me from wanting to exercise that I can
release now? I tested as yes and proceeded to find and release the
emotion.
I continued by asking, Do I have another trapped emotion preventing me
from wanting to exercise that I can release now? I proceeded with this
questioning and clearing the emotions that came up for about 5 or 6
different times until I finally received a no.
That was around 3 weeks ago and I have had no trouble with getting up
and exercising. I have faithfully exercised at least 5 times each week.
What a difference!

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work with a dog obsessed with
licking his paws. He would lick his paws to the extent that his bedding
would get soaking wet. It was driving the owner nuts and she was trying
various sprays to keep the dog from licking.
She came over with her 5-year-old dog and after introducing her to the
Emotion Code technique we went forward in working on her dog. We used
the question "Do you have a trapped emotion in your body causing you to
constantly lick your paws that we can release now?" We found and
released a total of 10 trapped emotions contributing to this problem.
The time of the emotions becoming trapped ranged from the dog's age of
about 1 year old to more recent events occurring 2 months previously.
I spoke with the owner about 4 weeks after we worked with her dog. She
said that initially she didn't think it had an effect, but over time she
realized that the dog was improving and she said that he no longer
licks except on a rare occasion. She has felt his bedding and it does
not get wet and soaked like it used to. She was quite pleased to tell
me this.

In the summer of 2008 on a Friday afternoon I worked with a friend who
had been identified as having over 100 allergies. This was our first
time working on an allergy. We chose to work on her allergy to grass
which was quite a problem for her as you can imagine.
She was getting ready to leave for the week-end so we were rushed for
time, but we quickly identified and released six trapped emotions
underlying this allergy. We had to quit at that point even though we
knew there were more (answer received through muscle testing) trapped
emotions to release.
Interestingly enough, over the week-end my friend could tell a
difference in her responses to grass. There was a definite lessening of
symptoms although they were not entirely gone.
The following Tuesday we again worked on my friend and found five more
trapped emotions underlying her grass allergy which we released.
Since that time grass has become a non-issue for my friend. She is able
to walk barefooted through grass without a problem. Just the other
day, she raised her hands high saying, "Yahoo! I walked through grass
recently and I had no problems!"
We both know that it had to be a result of "The Emotion Code." She had been plagued by this allergy for many years.
